What to Expect
You will need to fill out a short health and fitness questionnaire so get here by 9:25 AM if you can.
Once completed Matt will give you a very quick tour (3 minutes) of our Murrieta private personal fitness training gym. It basically consists of a quick explaination of the exercise equipment used at the Murrieta gym and why. Then you and Matt will sit down for the consultation.
During the consultation your trainer, Matt, will ask you about your health and fitness goals, give you a clear vision of the process we will take to help you reach those goals, and answer any questions you might have.
Finally, you and your trainer will come up with a plan that fits your goals, time constraints, and budget.
The entire session should take no longer than 30 minutes so you should be done by 10:00 AM.Learn more about working with a personal trainer

Picking your trainer
Please remember that just becaue you do your consultation with Matt does not mean that Matt has to be your trainer. In fact, you are never locked in to one person here because we all work as a team. You can schedule appointments with just one, or all of us. You can change your workout times from your phone or whenever you need to. You're going to get the same great service and training from each of us and we never take offense if you prefer not to work with one of us. We just want you to get in the best shape of your life. We want you to enjoy exercising here.
